All Women Drivers Inc. – In-Car Lessons Policy

  • All Women drivers Inc. offers driving lessons 7‐days a week starting from 8 am to 8 pm (depending on daylight saving).
  • All BDE program In-Car lessons portion can be 1 hour, 1.5 hours, or 2 hours long for each In-Car lesson (Discuss with the In-Car Instructor).
  • Individual In-Car lessons – You can schedule up to 2 hours of driving lessons per day. Lessons duration can be 1 hour, 1.5 hours, or 2 hours long. (Discuss with the in-car Driving Instructor)
  • Pickup and drop-off for in-car lessons will be at the same pickup location (home address, or near workplace).
  • In special circumstances such as; if the student lives in a restricted area where driving instructors cannot teach in-car lessons due to the city regulations. Students will meet at a location outside the restricted area to complete in-car lessons. (Discuss with the In-Car Driving Instructor)
  • In the event of winter or extreme weather conditions, an in-car lesson can be canceled at the discretion of the in-car instructor with no penalty to the student. Weather-related cancellations are made at the discretion of the instructor only.
  • All individual driving lessons must be completed within 60 days after the date of your 1st lesson. After 60 days, services will be forfeited.
  • By completing any payment, the student confirms that the student is not currently enrolled with other driving schools, does not have a learning disability, and does not have any medical condition restricting their driving/learning ability, including, but not limited to, heart disease, insulin-dependent diabetes, seizure disorder(s), and loss of consciousness.
  • Students must text their In-Car Instructor about their availability with a minimum of 3 hours of time flexibility to get the In-Car lessons schedule.

​All Women Drivers Inc. – In-Car Lesson Cancellations

  • On‐the‐road lessons are scheduled between the student and the driving instructor. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to the in-car instructor, NOT the office. The instructor’s contact information will be provided to the student. A driving lesson cancellation notice not given within the 24 hours will result in a late cancellation/no-show fee as outlined below:
  • Late cancellation/No show fee: $35.00/per scheduled hour The next lesson will not be scheduled until the missed lessons fee is paid.
  • Note: All fees must be paid in full to All Women drivers Inc. before in-car lessons start.
  • ​All women drivers Inc. reserves the right to cancel an in-vehicle lesson. Your instructor may cancel or re-schedule your on-road session due to illness, personal emergency, weather or road conditions, unexpected mechanical issues with the vehicle, or being delayed by Road Test at the Drive Test Center without any penalty to the student. The Instructor may cancel the lessons if the student has uncooperative behaviour

All Women Drivers Inc. – Certification​

All Women drivers Inc. reserves the right to not certify a student if the student does not complete the BDE Program within the Ministry of Transportation’s mandates.

​Certification depends upon your full attendance and successful completion of all BDE Course components. To be certified, you must complete the full program within one year. This includes 30 hours of online theory training (pass the online tests) with a minimum average score of 80%, and the minimum 10 hours of In-car training (with a minimum final score of 80%).

Once you complete the BDE course (30 hours Online and minimum 10 hours In-Car Lessons), you will need to contact Service Ontario in-person and obtain a Driver’s License History Report (DLH) for a fee. This report will show that you have completed the driver education program.

All Women Drivers Inc. – Road Test Booking

Your in-car instructor can make a reservation for you after registering with the Ministry of Transportation, or you can make your reservation by visiting the website https://drivetest.ca/book-a-road-test/ or by calling (416) 325-8580.

  • If an instructor takes a student to the road test center and the road test has been canceled after they arrive at the test center, full charges apply for the services rendered (in-car hours before the road test and use of car for road test charges).
  • If a road test is canceled by the Drive Test center before the instructor picks up a student on the day of their road test, no charges will apply.

All Women Drivers Inc. – Refund Policy

You are eligible for a refund for the BDE program for 15 days from the 1st payment, and for any individual driving lessons for 7 days from the 1st payment ($50 administration fee applied and some conditions may apply). A written request for a refund is required with the proof of payment. Request for the refund must be submitted via email to info@allwomendrivers.ca. The school will process a refund within 7 days of the request, refunds will be completed using the same method of payment as the original purchase.

You may be eligible for a partial refund once any instruction on the driver’s education course or any package has been received, the total amount will be deducted based on services rendered.

  • A $50 non-refundable administration fee applies once an online lesson begins.
  • $50 charged per online class completed.
  • $50 charge per hour of the in-car lesson completed.

After 15 days of registration, all BDE programs have no refund eligibility. All services must be used within one year of registration. After the one-year, money is not refundable and services will be forfeited.
After 7 days of registration, any individual driving lesson packages have no refund eligibility. All services for individual driving lesson packages must be used within 60 days from the registration/first payment. After 60 days, services will be forfeited.
